Which members of the Carolina Panthers staff team could become NFL head coaches in the future?

The Carolina Panthers come into the 2020 season with a revamped coaching staff. This was almost guaranteed after the organization decided it was time to move on from long-time head coach Ron Rivera, which signaled the start of their rebuild.

Matt Rhule was the man who the Carolina Panthers hand-picked to lead them going forward. The former Baylor man reportedly signed a seven-year deal worth $60 million to prise him from Baylor. And this was down in no small part to his incredible record of building up struggling college programs back to contention.

There is no guarantee that this will mean the same in Carolina. But Rhule has surrounded himself with a talented coaching staff that has the right blend of youthful ideas and experience.

Things haven’t been easy for the group due to a lack of time together on the field. And there is just no telling what sort of impact this is going to have on the team’s chances in 2020.

Some individuals will harbor ambitions of filling a head coaching position in the NFL sooner rather than later. This is all part of the natural progression for those that possess the right sort of credentials. And how the Panthers get on in the coming years has the potential to either help or hinder their aspirations.

Only time will tell as to which coaches can emerge as possible candidates for top jobs going forward. And here are three we picked out as most likely to achieve this goal.
